IMPORTANT
You may create an account and start the registration here before submitting an abstract via the abstract submission link. However, the registration is NOT considered complete without finalizing the payment and your abstract will not be included in the conference booklet. Since only limited number of rooms are available at the symposium venue, booking AT THE SEMINAR CENTER is only possible for participants who completed the registration process. Please attach the PDF of your ISE registration confirmation to the hotel inquiry email.
Updated Information: Please ensure that you include accompanying persons BEFORE completing the registration process. Please note that it will not be possible to make changes to the registration at a later stage.
Registration Procedure
In order to register, you need to either login (if you have already an account) or to create a new account.
Follow the instructions to create the new account. As soon as it is done, you will receive an email with the link to log in and set your password. After setting your password, you will be able to log in at https://conferences.jku.at/ise19/user in the future using your user name and password.
Once you have registered and logged in to the conference registration system, please book a service with EVENT REGISTRATION to complete the registration procedure. You can choose to pay by Paypal or by credit card. All major credit cards are accepted.
Terms & Conditions
- In order to register as a student, an official proof of student status (in English) is required. After processing the registration, please send the proof document to ise19@jku.at. IEEE Members will be asked for the membership number during the registration procedure.
- Registration fees cover admittance to all sessions of ISE19 including the workshop day, lunches, dinners and coffee breaks throughout the conference, welcome reception, social event, conference dinner, the conference kit, and conference booklet.
- Cancellation Policy: If cancellations are received by 30.05.2023, the registration fee will be reimbursed minus an administrative fee of 50 euros. If cancellations are received between 01.06.2023 and 31.07.2023, there will be 40% refund. After 01.08.2023, there will be no refund and the full amount will remain due. The date of receipt shall be decisive. Participants, who do not cancel and do not attend, will still be responsible for the full registration fee. The participants have the right to appoint a substitute at any time without additional cost.
- All cancellations and changes must be submitted in written form – with indication of full name, invoice number and bank details for reimbursement – to ise19@jku.at.
